We truly believe that Jesus is leading and building His church. He is the head of the church...we are His body. The Bible is very clear about this. Therefore, all human leadership within Christ’s church is always to be fully subject to Him and to His Word, the Bible. Jesus will build this church, His way, in His time and to His glory.
That said, the Bible is also very clear that churches are to be planted and served by apostolic ministry. Until we become an established church with eldership in place, responsibility and authority for the church plant ultimately rests with the Newfrontiers, North Europe Apostolic Team led by Mike Betts, with Kev Reilly leading the work here on the ground in Gdańsk.
